How to sign up: - Enter www.progressionscu.org in the address line of your browser software.
- When our website appears, click the purple Login button.
- Click continue.
- Enter your account number (or user name if you have one) and password and click Next. If you have logged in before, you will also need to answer one of your chosen security questions.
- First-time users, contact us for your temporary password and then once in, follow the instructions on your screen to change your temporary password and set up your security questions and other settings.
- When the It's Me 247 screen appears, you are in!

Once you call in: - When asked, choose English or Spanish as your language.
- You will be asked to enter your member number, then press the # key. Next, you will be prompted to punch in your Personal Identification Number (PIN), Enter your PIN and press the # key. Be careful - if you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your PIN will be disabled. You must contact the credit union directly for reactivation.
- From the point on, the CU*Talk procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. CU*Talk will guide you through each step.
- When you have finished your last transaction, hang up the phone to disconnect.
To get yourself set up for CU*Talk,
contact us today for your temporary PIN. For security purposes, after you enter the system, you will be prompted to change your PIN.
