  INTERNATIONAL CREDIT UNION DAY (ICU DAY) OCTOBER 21, 2021  

ICU Day has been celebrated on the third Thursday of October since 1948 and is designed to create awareness and celebrate the ways credit unions improve the lives of their members around the world. It is the one day a year the entire movement takes the time to tell our members and communities about credit unions and how improving the financial well being is at the heart of what we do.  You can learn more about the history of ICU Day here.

WE ARE CELEBRATING WITH A $100.00 AMAZON GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY!

In honor of this special day, we will have a $100.00 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway held through Facebook and Instagram*, so be sure and enter by liking the post and commenting what you love about credit union’s in the comments on October 21st.  For our non-social media users, you may also be entered to win by completing an entry form in our lobby or mailing a 3x5 card with your name and contact info, along with what you love about being a credit union member, to 2919 E Mission Ave., Spokane, WA 99202.  No matter which method you enter, all entries must be received by midnight on October 21, no matter which channel is used to enter.   In alignment with the ICU Day and our mission, we are here to help educate and advise you on your financial journey. This is why we offer FREE financial resources through our partnerships with Banzai and Balance. Both of these resource tools offer our members educational information and videos. In addition, Balance offers FREE certified financial counselors and monthly webinars. Both partners offer a wide array of topics from budgeting, buying a car, saving for retirement, planning for college and MORE! Banzai specializes in younger members especially who are in school or just starting out on their road to adulthood!

Both are excellent resources, so we encourage you to use them regularly as content is continually updated.

Thank you for your membership and don’t keep us a secret. Tell your friends and family why you love Progressions as your credit union and you both could earn money with our Friends and Family Promotion!
