Important Information Regarding Upgrade to Online/Mobile Banking
We are in the home stretch to our system upgrade and want to remind you of the impacts to Online and Mobile Banking.
Online Banking (New name will be It's Me 247): Online banking will be down starting at 5:30PM on 01/29/2021 - 02/01/2021 when we begin bringing our online services back up one at a time. You will be required to re-enroll. Remember, if you want to download your e-Statements or print them, you need to do so before 5:30PM on 01/29/2021. We also recommend you print or note any automatic transfers or e-Alerts you have set up as those will need to be set up again in the new and improved Online Banking.
Mobile Banking: After 5:30PM on 01/29/2021 you should delete your old app. The new app will not be available until approximately 5 days after the upgrade, so you can start expecting it to be updated around 02/07/2021. Depending on the security and update settings on your device, the app may update automatically once it is available. We will send out an email the moment we know it's available to download. Keep watching your email!
Mobile Deposit Feature: This may be delayed a few days after you update your mobile app as it goes through additional testing. Once testing is done, it will be activated automatically within your app.
Bill Pay: Will not be accessible between 01/29/2021 - 02/01/2021. We will have your bills and history moved over for you. You will be able to access Bill Payer within both It's Me 247 Online Banking and the new mobile app once it's available.
