ANNOUNCEMENT OF UPCOMING SYSTEM UPGRADE
At Progressions Credit Union we are committed to providing quality products and convenient services. In an effort to improve and expand the products and services that we offer you, the credit union made the decision to upgrade our core processing system starting at the close of business on Friday, January 29th through Monday, Feb 1st, 2021. The core processing system is the computer data base that we utilize to conduct transactions and maintain member information.
Please note that on Monday, February 1st, we will be closed as our staff will be here training to better serve you on the new system. We will reopen at 9:00 AM on February 2nd. During the conversion period, Debit and ATM cards will work, but will have lower limits.
We are very excited about our new Online and Mobile Banking platform that is coming, called It’s Me 247. You will be required to re-enroll the first time you log into the new systems. If you use Bill Payer, it will be unavailable between January 28th through February 1st, so you will not be able to add, modify or delete payments during this time. Be sure to schedule payments you would normally want paid during that time ahead or mail a check instead. All of your existing payees will convert over to the new system!!
Be expecting a lot more communication (by mail, email and on our website) which will include details about how this may impact you the weekend of the upgrade.
Any emails we send about this will say UPGRADE COMING in the subject line, so we ask you please not delete those and read them each time!
